Ron Terry Construction, Inc. began the business of providing affordable new homes in Kalispell and the Flathead Valley in 1994, and has grown into a company that focuses on providing affordable housing accompanied by a simple and enjoyable home buying process. We truly are your LOCAL, TRUSTED, BUILDER OF AFFORDABLE HOMES. Ron is actively involved with the building of the homes from start to finish. His extensive knowledge of building comes from the years spent in the home framing and finish carpentry phases of construction.

Ron Terry Construction, Inc. is a member of the Flathead Building Association, The Montana Building Industry Association, The National Federation of Independent Businesses, the Kalispell Chamber of Commerce and The National Association of Home Builders. We are three time winners of the award for Best Starter Home in the Parade of Homes put on by the Flathead Building Association,and were awarded Builder of the Year in 2003. Merna Terry recently received her Certified Green Professional title from the National Assocation of Home Builders.

We are currently offering nine single-family floor plans and four townhome plans. Our showroom at 7 Meridian Court in Kalispell displays the features of the homes in such a way that you can experience what the inside of your home would feel like. You can customize your selections in one stop and be well on the way to having your new home completed. We have homesites available for you to choose from, and only $2,500 earnest money reserves your home while we build it. All you have to do is sit back and relax!
