Warranty Repair Request

Warranty Policy:  Please submit all warranty repair requests in writing. You may download the Warranty Repair Request Form and fax, or mail your requests to our office or use the form below to submit your requests online.  The standards for warranty items are those identified in our Warranty and Home Maintenance Manual.  Standard warranty work will generally be addressed and/or performed after the “30 Day Home Review” and after the “11 Month Home Review”.  Emergencies are handled as promptly as possible on a case-by-case basis.  If a warranty issue is a non-emergency, it will be noted and addressed at the next scheduled Home Review.
