At Ron Terry Construction, we believe that the process of building a home should be a fun and enjoyable experience. To build comfortable, affordable homes consistently, we have developed a building process that is documented and followed with each home we build. It allows us to make certain you are always involved, informed and satisfied with your new home.

Ron Terry Construction, Inc has been building quality, affordable homes in Flathead Valley since 1994. We started out building as a husband and wife team, and have grown into a business that focuses on providing affordable housing and making the home buying process simple and enjoyable. Ron is actively involved with the building of the homes from start to finish. His extensive knowledge of building comes from the years spent in the home framing and finish carpentry phases of construction.

We are members of the Flathead Building Association, The Montana Building Industry Association and The National Association of Home Builders. We won the award for Best Starter Home in the Parade of Homes put on by the Flathead Building Association in 1995, 1996 and 199, and was awarded Builder of the Year in 2003.

We currently have nine standard, single-family floor plans and six townhome plans. Our showroom at 7 Meridian Court in Kalispell displays the features of our homes in such a way that you can experience what the inside of your home will feel like. You can make your new home selections in one stop and be well on the way to having your new home completed. We have homesites available for you to choose from, and only $2,000 in earnest money reserves your home while we build it. All you have to do is sit back and relax!
